Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders delivered within the United States. At Valantomode, we aim to provide a fast, reliable, and transparent delivery experience.

1. Shipping Costs Standard shipping within the United States is free on all orders. There are no additional handling or processing fees at checkout.

2. Processing & Delivery Times We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days.

• Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

• Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

3. Customs & Import Fees Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment centers. Under U.S. regulations, most orders valued under $800 are exempt from import duties. However, should any customs, duties, or import fees apply, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Address Changes You may request an address change within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed for dispatch, changes can no longer be made.

5. Order Cancellations You may cancel your order before it enters the processing phase. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Items may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
