1. 30-Day Return Window You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items showing damage, signs of wear, or misuse after delivery may not qualify for a refund unless the item is defective.
Include your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer support team will provide the correct return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this ensures your return is processed correctly.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the costs.

Voluntary returns (change of mind, size, color, preference): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not charge restocking fees.
4. Refunds Once your return arrives and is inspected (typically within 1–3 business days):

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges The fastest way to get a new size or style is to contact our support team. We generally recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure the item is still in stock.
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. If the item is indeed faulty or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
